I spent a long time looking for a very specific vehicle that’s pretty hard to find. University motors was the only place that had multiples of them that I could look at and Fred helped me with choosing the correct vehicle for my needs. He was great throughout the whole experience and really was patient and understanding with my decision and seemed genuinely invested in my future with this vehicle.

Fred at University Motors was so helpful when we needed to replace our old truck. He was kind, patient, and never pushy. He answered all our questions and gave us time to make our decision. He did everything he said he would do and more!!! We were also able to stay within our budget! We would highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to check out University Motors. We are very satisfied and love our truck!!!

Fred was absolute pleasure to work with -- friendly, hilarious, yet completely professional from start to finish. He gave us all the time and space we needed to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and take it for a comprehensive test drive without any pressure.His pricing was completely honest and transparent. You can really tell he genuinely cares about his customers' safety and satisfaction above all else. When we noticed a couple of minor issues with the car, Fred immediately investigated, identified the cause, and had them resolved on the spot.His level of customer service was truly remarkable. Even though I just bought my car, I would love to reach out to Fred again for my next vehicle purchase.
